Jubilee Wharf Wapping London 1995-1997
Three existing Victorian riverfront timber wharves were converted to form 30 high quality residential flats for Galliard Homes Ltd. To enable both bedrooms and the living-room to look both onto the street and river-front a scissor section was adopted in the design. All existing features of the cast-iron columns and sturdy timber beams were retained to enable the new residents to experience the full warehouse experience.
